Purpose

Years count for less than exposure. Measure what really matters

Many accounting professionals possess years of practical experience; however, their exposure may be limited to specific functions, industries, or operational environments. As a result, years of experience do not always reflect the breadth of knowledge required to operate across the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, and IFRS applications.

To address this challenge, all participants complete a structured assessment covering key areas of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The assessment consists of 20 questions completed within 30 minutes and is used exclusively for placement purposes. Based on the results, participants are assigned to the pathway best aligned with their current capabilities.

Our Philosophy

Experience Matters, But Exposure Matters More

Our Approach

This process helps ensure that learners enter a training environment aligned with their current capabilities, avoiding situations where participants are placed in pathways that may be either too advanced or insufficiently challenging for their level of knowledge and experience.

Our Vision

Experience matters, but exposure matters more. Years of work experience do not always reflect the breadth of professional competency. Our Placement Assessment ensures that learners are placed according to their actual capabilities, not simply the number of years they have worked. The right learning journey begins with the right starting point.
